01A link that belongs to your shop
When you set up your shop, you choose its link: recashy.com/ followed by a short name, such as recashy.com/sharma-mobile. It belongs to your shop. No other shop can take it, and it stays the same for as long as you trade, so you can print it anywhere you would print your phone number.
- Use the name customers already call your shop
- Keep it short enough to paint on your board in large letters
- Add your area if your shop name is common, such as
sharma-mobile-karol-bagh - Put hyphens between words so it reads easily
02What customers see
- Your shop name, logo, a line about the shop and an offer strip if you are running one
- Phones for sale with price, condition, battery health, storage and photos, each on its own page
- WhatsApp and call buttons on every page, and a bar at the bottom of the screen on phones
- Your timings with Open now or Closed worked out for the customer
- Your address, landmark and a Get directions button
- A sell-your-phone form, your Google rating with a Write a review button, and answers to common questions

Pick a design

Add your details
Under
Shop info, add your WhatsApp number, timings, landmark, a few lines about the shop and some photos of the shop front. - 03
List your phones
Under
Phones, every phone in your stock has aPut on websitebutton. Its brand, model, condition and battery are already filled in from your purchase record. Add a price and photos and it goes live. - 04
Share it
Copy the link into your WhatsApp status and business profile, and print the QR poster for your counter.
04Switch on what your shop needs
Open Modules in Recashy. Each part of the site and the dashboard is a switch: used phones, new phones and accessories, exchange, EMI, offers and coupons, your own pages and blog, enquiries, and social links. A new-phone shop can switch used phones off and the site stops mentioning them.
The counter modules run your shop day to day: GST bills that go to the customer on WhatsApp, khata for money owed, loyalty points, repair job cards with tracking, and bookings. Switching any module off hides it without deleting anything.
05When a phone sells
Press Sold on the listing. You can take it out of your stock at the same time. A phone you sell to another dealer through a lot disappears from your website by itself, because it is no longer in your stock.
06Using your own domain
If you own a domain such as sharmamobile.in, open Domain, type it in, and add the two records shown at the company you bought the domain from. Recashy sets up the security certificate within a few minutes. Your recashy.com link keeps working too.
07Questions
Does the website cost anything?
No. It comes with your Recashy account. A domain of your own, if you want one, is bought from a domain company and costs whatever they charge.
Can customers pay online on my website?
No. Customers contact you on WhatsApp or by phone, or fill a form, and buy at your counter.
Can I change my link?
Not by yourself. The link is meant to be permanent because it gets printed. If something is genuinely wrong with it, email support@recashy.com.
