Is it really free?
The website and the selling modules are free, with no card to add. Billing, repairs, bookings, loyalty points and customer logins are Pro modules, included free while we launch. If you want your own domain, you buy that from a domain company; connecting it costs nothing.
I do not buy used phones. Is it for me?
Yes. Switch Used phones off and your site becomes a new-phone, accessory or repair shop site. Switch it on later if you start buying.
Do I need a computer?
No. Everything works on your phone: listing phones, taking photos, replying to enquiries and changing the design.
What if I already have a website?
Keep it, or point your domain at your Recashy website instead. You choose which address customers see.
Will customers see my buying prices or purchase records?
Never. The website shows only what you list: the selling price, condition and photos. Your register and your sellers stay private.
Can customers pay online?
No. Customers reach you on WhatsApp or by phone and buy at your counter, the way your trade works today.
Does it say Recashy on it?
Only a small line at the bottom of each page. Your name, logo and colours are everywhere else.
Do I need a GST number to make bills?
No. Registered shops get tax invoices, composition shops get bills of supply, and shops without GST get simple bills. You pick yours once in billing settings.
